Test J Measurement of Carr Dispersibility

A.Pull the Carr dispersibility discharge controller to the right end and jam, close the hopper. Shown as figure on the right HMKFlow 6393 Powder Characteristics Tester

B.The sample of 10g is weighed by a balance, and the sample is uniformly add to dispersibility hopper of the top of the instrument 

C.The take-up pan (Ф100mm) is placed in the locating ring in the dispersibility measuring chamber directly below the dispersibility measuring tube, close the drawer. Then instantly open the unloading valve, so that the sample falls freely through dispersibility tube. 

D.Take out the take-up pan. Weigh the residual powder in the take-up pan, ans open the software and calculate.
